The staging was performed in Yiddish in a four-act version to celebrate the actor Abraham Morewski (1886-1964) assuming the position of Director of the Jewish Theatre in Cracow. Abraham Morewski played the role of Tzadik in the Vilnius Troupeʼs staging of The Dybbuk from 1920.
